"Knowledge Is Power!"

Attorney Services

By including a financial professional on your team, you'll provide your clients with a level of expertise that may help assure a more favorable outcome to their case.  Further, now that complex financial issues are presented in a clear, succinct, understandable manner, you may well be able to expedite the negotiation process with opposing counsel thereby permitting you to save your clients money.

Throughout the engagement, counsel is the quarterback and we are the team players.

Our work supports and complements the legal process.  Our efforts cannot replace the necessity for legal advice and we make no attempt to do so.  In the prosecution of your client's case, we are on your team and support your efforts.  Directed Divorce understands that it is counsel's responsibility to use every available resource, your knowledge and your training to represent fully and vigorously the interests of your client.  For you to accomplish this, we recognize that it's your responsibility to manage the overall execution of the case.

Directed Divorce fully supports your vigorous representation by providing the following:

Greater Client Focus

Our efforts focus on creating proposed financial settlements as well as evaluating those that may come from opposing counsel.  We free you to focus directly on legal matters thereby assuring your clients are well served from both areas of expertise, legal and financial.

Greater Client Clarity

Financial evaluation can be both complex and confusing.  We'll present clients with clear, easy to understand scenarios that are tailored to their specific financial situation.  Our presentations include our written assumptions permitting clients to understand where the numbers come from.  With this understanding, they'll feel comfortable commenting and asking questions.  Through a series of iterations, we'll work together towards a settlement acceptable to both parties.

When your clients understand where the numbers come from and what the long term impact a settlement may have on their future, they're more likely to buy-in to the proposal.  When the clarity provided by Directed Divorce is brought to bear, negotiations can proceed more quickly.

Greater Client Satisfaction

Directed Divorce's iterative approach permits your client to more clearly understand and participate in the settlement process.  By providing projections with assumptions clearly explained, your client can now face the future with greater confidence that their needs and the needs of their family have been addressed.  As your clients become more knowledgeable and their confidence level increases, it can lead to a higher satisfaction level and ultimately enhance your firms reputation.
